Boats and dogs. People seem to buy more of them during our global pandemic. Aeroyacht has seen little slowdown in business and we hear from other trusted sources that sailors are buying boats like never before. In our troubled times the slogan “Carpe Diem” has never seemed as prevalent as now. With lockdowns continuing in most countries we find respite in the companionship of mans’ best friend – the dog.
Our perseverance has been tested to the breaking point. While so many are suffering under unprecedented economic pressures, some lucky few are thinking of exit strategies and buying their dream boat now, rather than waiting. After all, what could be safer against a virus than being isolated on your own boat. We say, courage! Hang in there! We will get through this storm together and emerge hopefully stronger and wiser.
